多自由度回转窑滑环供电装置的设计

         

摘要

在对工业铝渣进行烘烤破碎时,要通过窑上风机及窑内加热体控制回转窑窑内温度.回转窑滑环供电装置是供电系统中的关键装置.文中叙述了目前企业中回转窑滑环装置的使用现状,分析了各种滑环供电装置存在的问题.根据现场技术需求,设计了一套多自由度回转窑滑环供电装置.现场使用过程表明,该装置可以适应回转窑在高温工作过程中的轴向和径向变形,可以为回转窑窑体可靠安全地供电.%Direct reduction of iron in low-grade iron ore must be given the properly controlled temperature.The fan on the rotary kiln can be used to regulate the rotary kiln temperature.The sllide-hoop conductor is the key device of the rotary kiln power supply system.The status quo of rotary kiln power supply system being used in beneficiation for low grade ore is described.The problem of power supply system used in rotary kiln at present is analyzed.According to the user requirement a new multi-degree of freedom mechanism is designed.The practical application proves that the new mechanism can suit for the axial and radial deformations when the rotary kiln is working at very high temperature.The device can supply power to rotary kiln fan reliably.
