石墨加热元件在真空炉中的应用研究

基于石墨材料的诸多优良特性,详细分析了真空热处理炉内石墨加热元件的各种结构形式,以及设计、使用中的一些注意事项,为石墨加热元件在真空炉行业的推广使用提供参考.%On the basis of a lot of excellent characteristic of graphite material, different kinds of construction type, some points for attentionrnin the design and use were analysed, for the purpose popularization application of graphite heating elements to the vacnnm furnace to providernreferance.
