The study on industrial transfer pay more attention to the transfer of producing area, less attention to the enterprise ownership’s transfer (investors' home country or region). However, the enterprise ownership’s transfer is the essential of industrial transfer. Based on the key point of enterprise ownership’s transfer, firstly the analyze current situation of global top 100 PCB companies in 2015 and the change in details in the past three years including the ratio of the quantity and revenue that enter the top 100 companies to all companies by country or region, average revenue, the highest revenue, annual average growth rate. After that, according to the ratio of the quantity and revenue that enter top 100 companies to all companies by country or region as the two indexes, analyzes the PCB companies’ change in the past nine years. Finally, forecasts the global top 100 PCB companies in the next ten years and global PCB industry transfer’s roadmap; and puts forward the development strategy of Chinese PCB Industry.%有关产业转移的研究多侧重产地转移，易忽视产业背后的产权转移（投资商属地），产权转移才是产业转移中最根本的转移。基于产权转移变化这一要点，文章首先分析了2015年全球PCB百强企业的具体状况及近三年百强企业的变化状况，包括数量比例、产值比例、平均产值、最高产值、平均年产值增长率等；之后，依据入选百强企业的数量比例和产值比例这两个指标，分析了PCB投资商近九年的变迁历程；最后，预测了未来十年PCB投资商的演进及全球PCB产业转移路线图，并提出了中国PCB产业的发展策略。
