多通道高精度姿态传感器A／D转换系统的设计

摘要

According to the appIication demand of shipborne attitude-measure system,the ADC MAX195 of Maxim Integrated is appIied seIectiveIy in this paper.The configuration of MAX195,the anaIog forward path,the voItage reference and the digitaI Iogic of CPLD are specified.FinaI y the resuIt of precision test is afforded.%根据船用姿态测量系统的应用需求，选用美信公司的 A / D 转换芯片 MAX195作为核心器件，介绍了 MAX195的配置、模拟前向通道、电压参考及 CPLD 数字逻辑，给出了精度测试结果。
