面对知识化制造中自重构造成的制造模式的多样性,提出基于优化组合赋权法的制造模式决策方法。首先,对实施知识化制造模式所具有的决策因素进行分析,考虑到各决策因素之间的依赖与反馈关系,建立制造模式选择的网络分析法模型。然后,根据组合优化的思想,建立基于网络分析法和熵权系数法的组合权值优化模型,并给出其决策的详细步骤。最后将该方法应用于知识化制造模式的选择。实例研究表明该方法在模式选择中减小了人为因素的影响,提高了评价结果的科学性和有效性。%The mode decision-making method based on anaIytic network progress and entropy coefficient is proposed to soIve mode decision-making in knowIedgeabIe manufacturing system.According to the characteristics of knowIedgeabIe manufac-turing system,the decision-making factors in impIementing knowIedgeabIe manufacturing mode are anaIyzed in detaiI.The anaIytic network progress modeI of mode seIection is estabIished.Considering the dependence and feedback reIations be-tween decision-making factors,and avoiding non-determinacy and optionaI judgments resuIted from the subjective opinions, a new mode decision-making method integrating anaIytic network progress and entropy coefficient is proposed,which com-bines subjective opinions with objective situations.
