攀钢海绵钛精制控制系统

摘要

以此次攀钢海绵钛厂建设为背景.根据海绵钛生产的流程特点,针对精制系统中所涉及的对象的性能要求,建立了精制系统的控制策略.并对精制系统批量进料等关键技术进行了深入研究和开发、完善了精制控制系统,确保了攀钢海绵钛的生产线运行.%Under the background of titanium sponge production facility of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group Company,this paper analyzes process stages of purified titanium tetrachloride production system.Secondly,according to the position and function of the system in Pangang titanium sponge production facility,analyzes and designs the Pangang iron purified titani-um tetrachloride production system,this paper designs the functional modules of the system.
