基于PLC的仿真电梯平台二次开发应用

     

摘要

针对当前仿真教学电梯功能单一,不能满足当前教学和对外培训的需求,采用CP5611卡实现上位PC机为一类主站,借助EM277模块使得S7-200 PLC为从站,构建了PROFIBUS-DP网络。上位PC机采用WinCC组态软件设置监控画面,并设置Access数据库,采集电梯运行的相关数据,采用编码器来实现平层控制,扩展了电梯功能,使用USS协议实现PLC与变频器之间的通讯。给出了组建网络的方法,并实现了电梯的群控功能,为电梯交通配置优化提供数据资源,具有一定的实用和实验意义。%In view of the single fuction of simulation for elevator,it can not meet the needs of the current teaching and training,PC machine is realized by using the CP5611 card as a kind of master station,with the help of EM277 module makes S7-200 PLC as slave station,Profibus-DP network is constructed.PC machine adopts WinCC configuration software set up monitoring screen,and set up the Access database,col ects related data of elevator running encoder is used to achieve smooth layer control,extended the function of the elevator,using USS protocol implementation of the communication between PLC and frequency converter.This paper gives a method to form a network,and realize the function of elevator group control,to provide data resources for elevator traffic configuration optimization.
