基于 TG - DTG 技术的废旧轮胎裂解行为研究

         

摘要

随着汽车业的快速发展,汽车废旧轮胎的回收及二次利用显得尤为重要。采用 TG - DTG技术研究废旧轮胎的裂解行为,对卡车外轮胎、卡车内胎和自行车外胎等废旧轮胎微观尺度下的裂解行为进行分析。结果表明,轮胎裂解过程可分为三个阶段:第一阶段约200℃开始,是一个缓慢失重的过程,主要是少量水分、轮胎制作过程中加入的增塑剂及其他有机助剂受热析出所致;第二阶段为天然橡胶的热分解;第三阶段是合成橡胶的热分解。对于卡车外轮胎样品,第二峰和第三峰是主要失重峰,对于卡车内胎和自行车外胎样品,第二峰是主要失重峰。建立了废旧轮胎裂解动力学模型:1n 1-α=1n dαdT Aβ-Ea RT 。通过对相关数据进行处理,得到废旧轮胎裂解动力学参数中的反应活化能 Ea 与频率因子 A,证明此方法的实用性。%With the rapid deve1opment of automobi1e industry,the recyc1ing and secondary uti1ization auto waste tires are particu1ar1y important. The cracking behavior of waste tires were investigated by using TG-DTG technique. The cracking behavior of waste tyres such as truck tyres,inner tubes of truck tyres and bi-cyc1e tyres was ana1yzed at micro-sca1e. The resu1ts showed that the tyre pyro1ysis process was divided into three stages:the first stage beginning approximate1y at 200 ℃ was a s1ow weight1essness course,which was main1y caused by heating and then vo1ati1ization of the sma11 amount of water,p1asticizer and other organic additives added during the tyre production;the second stage was therma1 decomposition for natura1 rub-ber;the third stage was the therma1 decomposition of synthetic rubber. The second and the third peaks for truck tyres were the main weight1essness peaks,and for inner tubes of truck tyres and bicyc1e tyres sam-p1es,the second peaks were the main weight1essness peaks. The dynamics mode1 for waste tyres pyro1ysis was estab1ished as fo11ows:1n 1 - α = 1n dαdT Aβ -RT . Based on the re1ated data processing,the pyro1ysis ki-E a netic parameters the reaction activation energy Eα and frequency factor A were obtained,which proved to be the practicabi1ity of the method.
