彩色多普勒超声检测胎儿宫内缺氧大脑中动脉与脐动脉血流动力学变化的临床效果分析

         

摘要

Objective To analyze color Doppler ultrasound to detect fetal hypoxia cerebral artery and umbilical artery hemodynamics clinical results.Methods The method of randomly selected numbers, from October 2013 to October 2015 in our hospital intrauterine fetal hypoxia extract 50 cases as group A, received earlier selected 50 normal fetuses as group B, two implementation group were detected by color Doppler ultrasound cerebral artery and umbilical artery blood flow velocity changes, the test results were compared to the fetus.Results Group B of the indicators of fetal MCA were significantly lower than in group A (P<0.05); the indicators of fetal UA group B were significantly higher than group A (P <0.05), comparison with statistical significance.Conclusion Ultrasound to detect fetal hypoxia cerebral artery, umbilical artery blood flow velocity indicators can predict intrauterine hypoxia, the operation is relatively simple, and does not regard the fetus would cause greater harm than the detected speed fast, has a high value in clinical application, it is worth actively promoted and utilized.%目的:分析彩色多普勒超声检测胎儿宫内缺氧大脑中动脉与脐动脉血流动力学变化的临床效果。方法:应用数字随机抽选的方法,从2013年10月至2015年10月本院收治的宫内缺氧胎儿中抽取50例作为A组,选取同期接收的50例正常胎儿作为B组,两组均实施彩色多普勒超声检测大脑中动脉及脐动脉血流动力学变化情况,比较两组胎儿的检测结果。结果:B组胎儿M C A的各项指标均显著低于A组(P<0.05);B组胎儿U A的各项指标均显著高于A组(P<0.05),比较具有统计学意义。结论:采用彩超检测胎儿宫内缺氧大脑中动脉、脐动脉血流动力学指标,可有效预测宫内缺氧,操作较为简单,方面且不会对胎儿造成较大的伤害,检测的速度较快,在临床中具有较高的应用价值,值得积极推广与运用。
