某抽水蓄能电站蜗壳平压管破裂分析与处理

     

摘要

In pumped-storage unit phase modulation operation. Exhausting spiral case water by the spiral case balancing pipe keep the pressure balance between spiral case to draft tube. On the basis of the spiral case balancing pipe rupture fault of No. 1 unit in a pumped-storage power station are briefly introduced,and from the design, installation,operation and maintenance,etc. analysis and illustrate the reasons for the failure,and puts forward the relevant fault treatment and maintenance advice and also for other pumped-storage units of similar equipment operation and maintenance experience to provide reference.%抽水蓄能机组在调相工况运行时,通过蜗壳平压管排出蜗壳内积水以平衡蜗壳与尾水管间压力。本文通过对某抽水蓄能电站1号机组蜗壳与尾水管平压管破裂故障的简要介绍,从设计、安装、运维等方面分析说明出现该故障的原因,并提出相关故障处理与运维建议,也为其他抽水蓄能机组类似设备的运维提供借鉴经验。
