国际水利水电工程项目管理r模式对比分析

摘要

近年来,随着国家"一带一路"和"走出去"战略的实施,中国水电在海外市场成绩斐然.国际水利水电工程项目管理经历了业主自行管理、设计—招标—建设模式管理和多种管理模式共同发展三个阶段.通过对比分析DBB模式、DB模式、PMC模式、EPC模式等国际水利水电工程项目管理常用模式的各自特点,提出适用于当前国际形势的"PPP+EPC"融资项目管理模式,对国际水利水电工程项目管理和海外水电工程投资建设管理有一定的参考意义.%With the implementation of the national strategy the Belt and Road and Go Global in recent years, China's hydropower has made great achievements in the overseas market. There are three stages for international water resources and hydropower project management: owner self-management stage, design- bid-build stage and multiple management modes stage. A new "PPP + EPC" mode has been put forward that is suitable to the current international situation by comparison and analysis the characteristics of DBB mode, DB mode, PMC mode, EPC mode, etc. It should be a certain reference for international water resource and hydropower project management and overseas investment of hydropower project construction and management.
