42CrMoA钢CaO-SiO2-MgO-Al2O3系夹杂物低熔点区域的控制

         

摘要

为了对42CrMoA 钢 CaO-SiO2-MgO-Al2 O3系夹杂物低熔点区域进行控制,利用热力学计算软件FactSage计算了1873 K温度下的42CrMoA曲轴钢钢液与CaO-SiO2-MgO-Al2O3系夹杂物之间的平衡。结果表明:CaO-SiO2-MgO-20% Al2O3系夹杂物的低熔点区域面积最大,w(CaO)、w(MgO)和 w(Al2O3)对夹杂物低熔点区域的影响较为显著;夹杂物的成分落在低熔点区域内,各氧化物的活度应控制在CaO 0.0010.1、SiO20.0010.009、MgO 0.0010.09、Al2O30.0010.09范围内;与之平衡的钢液中[O]和[Al]的质量分数分别为(5~15)×10-6和(1~13)×10-6。%In order to control the low melting point area of inclusions in CaO-SiO2-M gO-Al2 O3 system for 42CrMoA steel ,the equilibrium between molten steel and inclusions in CaO-SiO2-MgO-Al2 O3 system were calculated using the thermodynamic calculation software FactSage at 1 873 K .It is found that the low melting point area of inclusions in CaO-SiO2-MgO-20% Al2 O3 system is the largest ,and the contents of CaO ,M gO and Al2 O3 significant influence on the low-melting-point area of inclusions . If the inclusions composition locates in the low melting point area ,the oxide activity should be controlled in the range of CaO 0 .001-0 .1 ,SiO2 0 .001-0 .009 ,M gO 0 .001-0 .09 ,Al2 O3 0 .001-0 .09 .It is also guaranteed that the [O] and [Al] in the molten steel is (5-15) × 10-6 and (1-13) × 10-6 ,respectively .
