模拟酸雨对冶炼废渣中重金属溶出行为的影响

         

摘要

Leaching and migrating behavior of heavy metal cadmium,lead and arsenic in industrial smelting slag was studied on the leaching test device of slag heap under the condition of simulated acid rain.The effects of pH,particle size,water content and compression ratio on cadmium,lead and arsenic leaching rate were investigated.The results show that leaching effect of cadmium,lead and arsenic decreases with the increase of pH and compaction degree of the smelting slag,increases with the decrease of the particle size and the increase of the water content.To control the transfer of heavy metal in the waste slag heap,the grain diameter should not be less than 1 mm,the water content is not more than 2%,and the waste slag heap should be properly compacted.%研究了用渣堆淋溶装置模拟酸雨条件下工业冶炼废渣中重金属镉、铅、砷的溶出迁移行为,考察了酸雨pH、废渣粒度、废渣含水率、废渣压缩比对镉、铅、砷溶出率的影响.试验结果表明:废渣中的镉、铅、砷淋出效果随淋浸剂pH、废渣压实度升高而降低,随废渣粒度减小、含水率升高而提高;为控制废渣堆体中重金属的迁移,需保持废渣粒径不小于1 mm,含水率不大于2%,并保持废渣堆体有适当压实度.
