油液污染分析在机械磨损检测中的研究进展

     

摘要

光谱、铁谱等油液分析技术既能够反映油液污染的程度,也能够反映机械磨损的烈度.文中依据磨损产生的机理,简要综述了光谱、铁谱等油液污染检测技术在判断机械磨损状况中的研究现状,介绍了图像处理技术、计算机技术、人工免疫系统等技术在判断污染与磨损关系中的应用进展,并指出了油液分析技术应用在机械磨损领域的发展方向.%Oil analysis of spectra of iron spectrum technology both to reflect the extent of oil pollution,and to reflect mechanical wear intensity.This paper according to the wear of the mechanism,the review summarized the spectrum,iron spectrum and oil pollution detection technology in the judgment of the mechanical wear condition present research situation.Introduces the application of the technology,such as image processing technology,computer technology and artificial immune systems,in the judgment pollution and wear relations.And pointes out the direction of development of the oil analysis technology applications in the field of mechanical wear.
