A torque converter product of 236 circle is used as the research object. The stator part is optimized, and the optimization objective is a reduction in the number of guide vane and reduce the casting cost based on meet the conditions for the use of performance. At first, the torque converter is used to extract the computation domain and the mesh generation, and use the CFX software to simulate . Then according to the simulation results, the pump torque values and turbine torque values are obtained, and get the original characteristic data. The simula-tion results are compared with the experimental data under the same conditions. In the end,design reasonable stator optimization scheme, and through numerical simulation to ensure the adjustment plan, testing the schemes reasonable and feasible. Through the optimization of the stator,the cost of casting is saved.%以236循环圆的一款液力变矩器产品为研究对象.进行导轮部分的优化,优化的目标是在满足性能使用条件的基础上减少导轮叶片数量,以降低铸造成本.首先对该变矩器提取计算域及网格划分,并使用CFD软件对其进行模拟分析.然后根据模拟结果提供的泵、涡轮扭矩值求出相关的原始特性数据.与相同工况条件下的试验数据进行对比,确定模拟计算的正确性.最后设计合理的导轮优化方案,并通过数值模拟来调整方案,验证方案合理可行.经过对导轮的优化较大的节省了铸造成本.
