数字式燃油流量控制阀技术研究

摘要

数字式流量控制阀与传统流量控制阀相比,有诸多优点,是流量控制阀的一个重要发展方向.结合某型号发动机燃油流量控制阀的研制需求,提出了一种数字式燃油流量控制阀方案,首先介绍了方案组成和原理,然后通过建模仿真及试验,验证了其良好的性能,最终给出了结论.%Digital flow control valve is a kind of valve that conforms to the trend of future development,which has more advantages than traditional analog servo valve.In order to meet the demand of flue flow servo valve for a certain type of engine,this paper presents a digital direct-drive servo valve.Firstly the composition and principles of the valve are introduced,then simulations and experiments are carried out,verified its good performance,finally the conclusion is given.
