For the problems existing in the full life-cycle management of integrated measurement production dispatching system , combined with database technology, computer technology and network technology, the design scheme of the measurement assets full life-cycle management system is proposed.And the system architecture, technical architecture, data exchange, etc is researched and designed.The main application functions of the system is the basic business function, expanding business function and statistical analysis function .%针对计量生产调度平台在全寿命周期管理方面存在的问题，结合数据库技术、计算机技术和网络技术，提出计量资产全寿命周期管理系统的设计方案，对其系统架构、技术架构、数据交互等方面进行设计和研究。系统的主要应用功能为基本业务功能、拓展业务功能和统计分析功能。
