The analyzing method that synchronously determining four pesticide residues (including Pyrimethani,Fipronil, Pyridaben and Difenoconazole) in Chinese-cabbage hy means of GC-MS was developed. The pesticide residues in Chinese-cahbage were extracted by high-speed homogenate with acetonitrile, purified by Carbon/NH2 solid phase extraction column (SPE), and quantitatively analyzed by ion scan. The results showed that when additive concentration was 0.20 mg/kg, the peak area and mass concentration of the four pesticide residues showed a great linear relationship,the fortified recovery of the four pesticide residues was 100.55%. 95.05%. 93.80% and 92.75%, respectively; the detection limit of the four pesticide residues was 0.01, 0.02. 0.01 and 0.05 mg/kg, respectively. This method obtained a great linear relationship and better recovery, meanwhile it also ensured a hetter accuracy.%建立用气质联用仪同时分析大白菜中嘧霉胺、氟虫腈、哒螨灵和苯醚甲环唑等4种农药残留的分析方法.采用乙腈高速匀浆提取,过石墨化碳黑-氨基固相萃取柱净化,选用离子扫描模式分析定量.结果表明,在添加标准品浓度为0.20 mg/kg时,嘧霉胺等4种农药残留峰面积与质量浓度呈现良好的线性关系,添加回收率分别为100.55%、95.05%、93.80%、92.75%,检出限分别为0.01,0.02.0.01,0.05 mg/kg.试验方法取得了很好的线性关系且回收率较好,保证了较好的准确度和精密度.
