耒阳市红薯产业现状分析及发展对策

摘要

通过对耒阳市红薯种植和加工现状进行调查分析，指出目前耒阳市红薯生产存在加工利用滞后，产业链不长；种植技术落后，机械化水平不高；产品品牌杂乱，抗击市场风险能力低等问题，并结合红薯生产的实际情况，提出了加快红薯新品种引进、培育加工龙头企业、推广高产配套技术、加快作业机具研发、加大政策扶持力度和统一红薯产品品牌等发展耒阳市红薯产业的对策和措施。%B ased on the investigation and analysis on the status quo ofsw eetpotato planting and processing in Leiyang,itis pointed out thatcurrently sw eetpotato production in Leiyang lagsbehind in aspectsofprocessing and utilization,and the industry chain is notlong;the cultivation technique isbackw ard,and the m echanization levelisnothigh;productbrandsare notproperly organized w ith low capability to w ithstand m arket risks. C onsidering the actual situation of sw eet potato production, several counterm easures are put forw ard, such as speeding up the introduction ofnew sw eetpotato variety,fostering leading com panies ofprocessing,popularizing necessary techniques for realizing high levels of production, developing production m achines, reinforcing policy support and unifying brands of sw eet potato products.
