菜籽油和茶油对烤烟腋芽的抑制效果研究

         

摘要

为筛选安全、高效、无毒的烤烟抑芽剂,研究了不同浓度菜籽油、茶油对烤烟腋芽的抑制效果。结果表明:抑芽率和抑芽效果均以50%菜籽油最好,10%茶油最差,菜籽油、茶油整体抑制效果优于氟节胺乳油;菜籽油的抑芽作用优于茶油,其抑芽率比茶油高24.08~24.59个百分点,抑芽效果比茶油高14.57个百分点;植物油抑芽剂的浓度越高,抑芽效果和稳定性越好,10%菜籽油即可达到与氟节胺乳油相当的抑芽效果,建议示范应用。%In order to screen safe, efficient, non-toxic flue-cured tobacco suckercide, the field experiment was conducted to compare the inhibitory effects of camellia oil and rapeseed oil on axillary buds of lfue-cured tobacco. The results showed that: Firstly, the sprout inhibition rate and the sprout inhibitory effects of 50% rapeseed oil were the best, and that of 10% camellia oil were the worst, the overall sprout inhibitory effects of camellia oil and rapeseed oil were better than that of lfumetralin. Secondly, The inhibitory effects of rapeseed oil was better than that of camellia oil, the sprout inhibition rate of rapeseed oil was 24.08~24.59 percentage points higher than that of camellia oil, the sprout inhibitory effects of rapeseed oil was 14.57 percentage points higher than that of camellia oil. Thirdly, the sprout inhibitory effects and stability were better with higher concentration of vegetable oil suckercide, 10% camellia oil had a similar sprout inhibitory effects with lfumetralin and could be demonstrated as tobacco inhibitors in tobacco production.
