长沙周边农村生活垃圾处理模式及其影响因素分析

摘要

Through the investigation and analysis,this paper studied the present situation of rural garbage production in Changsha,the comparison of the existing garbage disposal mode and the analysis of selected hierarchy.According to the influence factors of the mode selection,such as the government input and the degree of attention,the processing effect,the processing cost and the difficulty of operation management,analyzed and compared the pattern of recycling with centralized collection and transportation,classified recovery with onthe-spot disposal,and mixed centralized collection,the paper puts forward the mode of garbage classification according to local conditions,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for rural domestic waste disposal.%通过调研和层次分析,对长沙周边农村垃圾产生现状、现有垃圾处理模式的比较和其选择的层次分析进行研究.针对模式选择中的影响因素:政府投入及重视程度、处理效果、处理成本和运行管理难度,运用层次分析法对常见的3种处理模式:分类回收+集中收运、分类回收+就地处理和混合集中收运进行分析比较,提出因地制宜推行垃圾分类处理模式,为农村生活垃圾处理工作提供对策与建议.
