农产品质量安全管理体系建设探究

摘要

Agro-product quality and safety is come out not only from production but also from supervision,the goal to con-struct agro-product quality and safety management system is to ensure the quality and safety of agro-products.Therefore,the con-struction of agro-product quality and safety management system shall base on the principle that“make plans scientifically,lay out rationally,technology comes first,be impartial to people”to improve the service capacity of agro-product quality and safety man-agement system.%农产品质量安全既是“生产”出来的，也是“监管”出来的。农产品质量安全管理体系的建设目的，就是保障农产品质量安全。因此，农产品质量安全管理体系建设，须按照科学规划、合理布局、技术优先、公正为民的方针，全面提升农产品质量监管体系的服务能力。
