新五菱之光转向沉重的故障诊断与排除

摘要

The soundness of the performance of vehicle steering system directly affect the handling stability of ve-hicles, this paper ,in view of the heavy steering of a Wuling Sunshine mini-automobile ,attempted to find out the causes resulting in heavy steering through analyzing the type and characteristics of the steering system of this type and diagnosed and removed the fault based on the principle “the easier ones come first”.%汽车转向系统的性能好坏直接影响汽车的操纵稳定性，文章通过一辆五菱之光微型车汽车转向沉重的故障现象，通过分析该车型转向系统的类型及特点，找出可能引起转向沉重的原因，采用“先简后难”原则对转向沉重的故障进行诊断与排除。
