约翰·洛克体育思想对大学体育教育启示的研究

             

摘要

运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法对约翰·洛克的体育思想进行归纳和整理。洛克“健康之精神寓于健康之身体”的体育思想,把体育放在三育之首进行了系统的分析。他从服装、饮食、睡眠、户外运动等方面阐述其以健康为指导思想,以“能工作”、“忍耐劳苦”为标准,以培养有德行、有能耐而又具有礼貌与良好教养的人为目的,构建其健康教育体系。洛克重视把个人幸福、社会发展、民族振兴和国家繁荣与健康直接联系,其体育思想对于今天的大学体育教育乃至整个教育事业都具有一定的理论性指导意义,也为大学生体质健康以及思想道德、服装、饮食、睡眠等问题的改善和解决提供了重要的参考依据。%By using the methods of literature data,logical analysis to sum up and sort out Lock's sports theory. He provided the theory of healthy mind in a healthy body which was analyzed as the first layer in three educations. He elaborated in terms of clothing,food,sleep,and other outdoor sports its health as the guiding ideology of "work" , "patience toil" as a standard to cultivate virtue,have the capability but with courtesy and good breeding purposes anthropogenic build their health education system. Locke emphasis on personal happiness, social development, prosperity and national rejuvenation and national health directly, its sports have some ideas theoretical guiding significance for today's physical education university education as a whole,but also for the physical and moral health of college students,improve and solve clothing, diet,sleep and other issues provides an important reference.
