表象训练法在高校高尔夫教学中的运用研究

摘要

Using and exploration of golf teaching in colleges and universities this paper discusses golf technical ways to explore some useful teaching innovation, to promote the accelerated master of golf skills and accurate formation, further improving the quality of teaching. Purposes of this study are: 1) Through the teaching experiment, the influence on the students’ grades of 50 yards and 100yards and the skill level are compared before and after the adoption of “image training teaching method”; 2) To discuss whether “image training teaching method”is more conducive to physical education teaching in colleges and universities, promoting the reform of physical education in our country or not.%通过表象训练法在高校高尔夫教学中的运用及探索，为高尔夫技术教法革新探索出有益途径，以促进高尔夫运动技能的加速掌握及准确形成，进一步提高教学质量。主要目的：1)通过教学实验的方法，比较在高校高尔夫教学中采用“表象训练教学法”教学模式前后，对学生50码、100码和技评动作的影响；2)探讨“表象训练教学法”是否更有利于高校体育教学，促进我国体育教育改革。
