变异系数法在群体体质健康综合评价中的应用--以2013年湖北省《国家学生体质健康标准》测试数据为例

摘要

用变异系数法结合专家赋权法，对学生体质健康测试指标进行赋权，将主客观赋权法有机结合，分学段、性别、地市州，对湖北省2013年《国家学生体质健康标准》测试数据进行群体性综合评价，横向对比分析各市州整体体质健康状况，为湖北省提供可行的评估各地方体质健康状况的综合评价方案。%By using coefficient variation method and the Delphi method,and combining a subjective assigning weights method with an objective one, this paper assigns weights to the indicators of physical health of students in different school stage, gender, and different state of Hubei province and gives a comprehensive evaluation to 2013 "national students physical health standard" test data in Hubei province. Besides, by analyzing the evaluation results of each state, this paper provides a feasible method to evaluate the physical health condition of every state in Hubei province.
