芷江竞技体操后备人才基地后勤保障机制研究

摘要

以芷江基地为研究对象，运用文献资料法、实地考察法与访谈法、数据统计法对基地的后勤保障机制进行调研。芷江基地后勤保障机制基本上能满足运动员训练的要求但仍存在问题。建议增加财政的投入，拓宽资金的来源；完善、优化训练条件；完善运动员的文化教育体制，切实解决青少年学习与训练之间的矛盾；以人为本，加强青少年运动训练中的医务监督。%Taking zhijiang base as the research object of the study, using the literature material law field investigation method and interview method data statistics, the article investigates the base of the guarantee of compared the detailed mechanism, research. Logistics safeguard mechanism in zhijiang still exists problems. Suggestion:Increasing financial investment, broadening the origin of capital; improving the training conditions;improve the culture education system athletes and solve the youth learning and training the contradictions;stick to the human-oriented principal, strengthening teenagers' sports training medical supervision.
