This paper mainly uses the method of experiment and mathematical statistics. It analyzed the influence of functional strength training over the fitness performance in female college students. The results show that 12 week's functional strength training could improve the fitness performance, especially their power quality and flexibility quality. So the functional strength training is a kind of safe and efficient method of teaching. It is worthwhile to improve the female college students' physical quality in the junior high school's physical education curriculum.%采用实验和数理统计等研究方法探讨功能性力量训练对女大学生身体素质的影响。结果显示:功能性力量训练对女大学生身体素质有积极的影响,尤其是在力量素质、柔韧素质等方面。功能性力量训练是一种安全、高效的教学方法,对提高女大学生的身体素质具有实践意义,值得在高校体育课普修教学中普及与推广。
