METHOD FOR EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF EFFECTS OF FILLING MATERIALS ON TISSUES OF BODY

A method for the experimental study of the effects of filling materials on the tissues of the body provides for extraoral administration of the filling materials under study to preapical tissues followed by histological examination of the alterations in the adjacent bone tissue. The trephine opening is cut at the site of the projection of the apex of molar root, the dental saccule is separated, and the filling material is administered between the bone and the dental saccule. The trephine opening is closed with the bone plate. Then the wound is sutured, and the aseptic dressing is applied.
