人字辅助抱杆配合中心悬浮主抱杆吊装1000 kV酒杯塔横担施工技术的研究

         

摘要

During the process of UHV transmission line construction, it is infeasible to install the cross arm and of a cup-type tower and the earth wire peak only by the aid of a suspended main gin pole because of their long horizontal distance to the center of the tower and heavy deadweight. In order to solve this problem, a construction scheme using a suspended main gin pole coupled with a herringbone pole was is proposed in this paper. After confirming the specification of appliances by based on the force analysis of major rigging, the construction scheme was is implemented. Engineer⁃ing practice has proved that by performing this scheme the valid hoisting height of main gin pole is increased. The scheme solves the problems of hoisting a overlength and overweight cross arm as well as gives full play to the convenient and flexible advantages of inside suspension pole, and last but not least, it provides sufficient technical preparation for further construction works.%针对特高压输电线路架设施工中,酒杯型铁塔的横担和地线支架至铁塔中心水平距离较远,单独采用中心悬浮主抱杆无法完成吊装这一问题,提出了人字辅助抱杆配合主抱杆吊装组塔的施工方案。通过计算主要索具受力大小,确定施工器具的规格型号,并实施吊装作业。工程实践证明:该方案增加了主抱杆的有效吊装高度,不仅解决了超长、超重横担的吊装问题,而且能充分发挥内悬浮抱杆组塔方便、灵活的优势,可为后续工程建设提供技术准备。
