The boiler of a 300 MW unit in Indonesia operates with local lignite, which caused high gas temperature and plant power consumption rate during operation. For saving energy and re⁃ducing consumption, based on the optimization and adjustment of the pulverized coal system, com⁃bustion tuning such as adjustment of oxygen content, adjustment of primary air pressure is carried out combined with the characteristics of Indonesia lignite. After the combustion tuning, exhaust gas temperature and plant power consumption rate of the boiler are obviously decreased,which improves the economy of unit.%针对印度尼西亚某300 MW机组锅炉燃用印度尼西亚本地褐煤,运行过程中存在的排烟温度高,厂用电率高等问题,为了节能降耗,在制粉系统优化调整的基础上,结合印度尼西亚褐煤的特点进行了变氧量、变一次风压等燃烧调整试验。燃烧调整后,锅炉排烟温度和厂用电率均明显下降,提高了机组运行经济性。
