大口鲇(♀)×怀头鲇(♂)杂种F1的形态学及遗传学研究

         

摘要

Morphological characters, karyotype and tissue specificities of isozymes were investigated in F, hybrids of Silurus meridionalis and S. Soldatovi. The morphology results showed that there are D.I-6 dorsal fin-rays, P.I-14 - 15 pectoral fin-rays, A.I-76~85 proctal fin-rays, 3 pairs of barbels in the F1 hybrids. The karyotype results showed that the chromosome number is 58 (2n), and the karyotype formula is 24m + 16sm + 14st + 4t and NF is 98. The isozymes results showed that the LDH and POD have tissue specificities in F1 hybrids, and the LDH could serve as the biochemical and genetic marker to identify the hybrids of S. Meridionalis and S. Soldatovi.%观察了大口鲇(Silurus meridionalis)(♀)×怀头鲇(S.soldatovi)(♂)的杂交后代F1(简称杂交鲇)的形态特征,分析了其染色体核型和同工酶组织特异性.结果显示,杂交鲇形态学可数性状为背鳍D.i-6,胸鳍P.i-14~15,臀鳍A.i-76~85,须3对;染色体数目(2n)为58,核型公式为2n=24m+16sm+14st+4t,臂数(NF)为98;乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、过氧化物酶(POD)两种同工酶在杂交鲇中具有明显的组织特异性,其中肌肉的LDH同工酶可作为鉴别杂交鲇的生化遗传标记.
