随县食用菌产业发展现状及对策

     

摘要

经过30多年的探索与发展,随县食用菌已从零星种植、提篮小卖的小副业发展成为全国食用菌十大生产基地之一,但目前仍存在一些问题,如菌林矛盾的限制、科研滞后、监管不力等问题.分析了随县食用菌产业发展的现状和存在的制约因素,提出了促进随县食用菌产业健康发展的建议及对策.%Through three decades of exploration and development, mushroom industry in Suixian County had been changed from a small one into one of the top ten in China. However there were still some problems, such as conflict between mushroom and forest, lag of research and ineffective supervision. The development status and restraining factors of mushroom industry in Suixian cunty were analyzed and suggestions and countermeasures to promote healthy development of mushroom industry were provided.
