为研究氮肥对春茶鲜叶叶绿素组分含量的影响,试验测定分析了鄂茶1号在0、300、600、900、1 200 kg/hm25个氮肥处理水平下春茶鲜叶叶绿素不同组分叶绿素a、叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素的含量.结果表明,随着氮肥用量的增加,春茶鲜叶叶绿素的组分含量均出现先增加后下降的变化趋势,在氮肥用量为600 kg/hm2时叶绿素各组分含量较高.%To investigate the effect of N fertilizer on chlorophyll component of fresh spring tea leaves, the content of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and carotenoid in fresh spring leaves of Camellia sinensis(L.) O.Kuntze cv. E-'cha No.l under different fertilizer dose, 0,300,600,900,1 200 kg/hm2 was measured and analyzed. The results showed that the chlorophyll component first increased and then decreased with the increasing of N fertilizer dose, and reached the top when N fertilizer was 600 kg/hm2.
