神丹鹌鹑品系间配合力测定

         

摘要

以湖北省农业科学院与湖北神丹健康食品有限公司联合选育的蛋用鹌鹑H、H2系为父系,L、L2为母系进行配合力测定,选择4个两系配套组合和4个三系配套组合共8个组合:H×L、H×L2、H2×L、H2×L2、H×H2×L、H×H2×L2、H×L×L2、H2×L×L2.结果表明,入舍鹌鹑产蛋总数H×H2×L组最好,达到165枚,平均产蛋率为81.7%,产蛋总重达到1.71kg/只,其次是H×L组,且两组间差异不显著(P>0.05);在实际生产过程中,三系配套生产比两系配套的生产周期长,不易操作,因此建议选择两系配套组合H×L应用于进一步生产实践.%The combining ability test was carried out using egg-quail H, H2 as paternal lines and L, L2 as maternal lines, which were all selected by Hubei Academy of Agriculture Science and Shendan Health Food Co., Ltd. There were 8 combinations including 4 two-line hybrids and 4 three-line hybrids, H×L,H×L2,H2×L,H2xL2,H×H2×L,H×H2×L2,H×L×L2, H2×L×L2. The results of combining ability analysis showed that the combination of H×H2×L had the highest total laying number(165), average laying rate(81.7%) and total weight of the laying eggs (1.71 kg per quail); and the H×L combination ranked the second. There was no significant difference between the combinations of H×H2×L and H×L (P>0.05). In the practical process of breeding, the three-line hybrid was more complex than two-line hybrid, as it had longer production cycle and was more difficult to operate than two-line hybrid. So it was suggested that the two-line hybrid combination H×L could be used in the practical breeding.
