Chloroform was adopted to extract ultrasonically the fat components from Paederus fuscipes Curtis. GC-MS was used to analyze the chemical constituents of the fat components. 92 compounds were found and 48 compounds were identified, which accountted for 83.41% of the total. The main constituents of the fat components were (Z) —13— docosenamide (12.79%), tetracosane (9.13%), octacosane(8.76%), ethyl oleate(8.06%), (Z)-9-octadecenamide(5.57%).%采用氯仿为溶剂超声辅助提取梭毒隐翅虫(Paederus fuscipes Curtis)的脂溶性成分,并采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其进行了分析鉴定.结果共检出92种脂溶性成分,并鉴定出其中的48种,可鉴定成分相对百分含量之和达到83.41%,其中相对百分含量较高的有(Z)-13-二十二酰胺(12.79%)、二十四烷(9.13%)、二十八烷(8.76%)、油酸乙酯(8.06%)、(Z)-9-十八烯酰胺(5.57%).
