基于分子标记的牡丹、芍药种质亲缘关系研究进展

摘要

The research progress on phylogenetic relationship of tree peony and herbaceous peony germplasms based on molecular marker was reviewed; and the problems and corresponding advices were put forward so as to provide theoretic base for new cultivar breeding and industrialization of tree peony and herbaceous peony in the future.%综述了基于分子标记的牡丹(Paeonia Sect.Moutan)、芍药(Paeonia Sect.Paeonia)种质亲缘关系研究进展,提出了研究中存在的问题及相应的建议,以便为阐明牡丹、芍药种质的分类、起源及进化,牡丹、芍药新品种培育及产业化开发应用奠定基础.
