龙凤竹愈伤组织再分化方法的优化

         

摘要

Taking the stems of Pedilanthus tithymaloides (L.) Poit var. Nanus Dressier as explants, experiments on callus induction and redifferentiation were conducted. The effect of Ca2+ concentration added to the induction and redifferentiation medium on tissue culture efficiency was studied. The results showed that frequency of induction and redifferentiation could be increased with suitable Ca2+ concentration. However, when the concentration of Ca2+ was higher than 15 mmol/L, the promotion effect was significantly reduced.%以龙凤竹[Pedilanthus tithymaloides (L.) Poit var.nanus Dressler]茎段为外植体,进行愈伤组织诱导和再分化试验.在已筛选出的培养基中添加不同浓度的Ca2+进行试验,以确定诱导和再分化培养基中的最适的Ca2+浓度.结果表明,适度增加Ca2+浓度可促进龙凤竹愈伤组织的诱导和再分化,但当Ca2+浓度超过15 mmol/L时,促进效果显著降低.
