低温胁迫对3种彩叶灌木抗寒生理指标的影响

     

摘要

Using 1-year-old in vitro branches of Sambucus canademis 'Aurea', Ligustrum oblusifolium Sieb 'Aurea', L. ob-tusifolium Sieb. Alropurpurea as experimental material, the variation of proline (Pro), malondialdehyde (MDA) and relative conductivity and other physiological indicators at low temperature stress(0 X, -6 X, -12 t, -18 X, -24 X, -30 X.-36 X) and room temperature (CK) were studied. The results showed that the content of Pro and MDA and relative electric conductivity in branches presented an upward trend with the decrease of temperature. The cold-resistance of three in vitro color-leafed branches ordered S. canadensis 'Aurea', L. obtusifolium Sieb. Atropurpurea, L. obtusifoliitm Sieb 'Aurea'; and there was no significant difference between the latter two.%以金叶接骨木(Sambucus canadensis‘Aurea’)、紫叶水蜡(Ligustrum obtusifolium Sieb.atropurpurea)、金叶水蜡(Ligustrum obtusifolium Sieb 'Aurea)一年生离体枝条为试验材料,研究低温胁迫(0、-6、-12、-18、-24、-30、-36℃)与室温条件下(CK)的脯氨酸(Pro)、丙二醛(MDA)含量及相对电导率等生理指标的变化规律.结果表明,随着处理温度的降低,离体枝条脯氨酸、丙二醛含量呈上升趋势,细胞相对电导率也不同程度地增加;对各项指标测定结果进行分析表明,3种彩叶灌木离体枝条耐低温的能力为金叶接骨木>紫叶水蜡>金叶水蜡,后二者差别不明显.
