台风灾害评估中相似台风的筛选

摘要

相似台风筛选是一种重要的台风灾害评估方法.为快速、准确地筛选相似台风及其灾情信息,建立了基于Geodatabase的台风数据库,实现了台风路径及其灾情信息的一体化管理；设计了筛选相似台风的方法；选择对ArcMap进行扩展的方法,开发了基于ArcObjects的Typhoon工具条,利用该工具可以快速准确地从台风数据库中筛选出在时空上与预报台风相似的历史台风及其灾情信息.实践表明,该方案明显加快了评估报告的撰写速度,增强了报告的科学性,较好地满足了业务需要.%Similar typhoon screening is an important method for assessing typhoon hazard. In order to filtering out the similar typhoon and related hazard information quickly and accurately, the Typhoon database based on Ceodatabase which achieved the integrated management of typhoon track and disaster information was bui the algorithm for screening similar typhoon was designed, the Typhoon toolbar based on ArcObjects was developed with the method of extending ArcMap, which could be used to pick out history typhoon which were similar to the forecast typhoon in space and time in typhoon database quickly and accurately. Practice showed that the solution could accelerate the rate of assessment report writing significantly, enhance the scientific nature of the report and meet business necessity better.
