试验采用单因素随机区组设计,以根产量、番木鳖酸含量、龙胆苦苷含量、獐牙菜苦苷含量为指标,研究了不同种植密度对麻花艽根产量和品质的影响,以期为麻花艽的人工栽培提供理论依据和技术指导.结果表明,种植株行距为20 cm×20 cm处理的根产量最高,且比最低的5 cm×5 cm处理高84.79%;但株行距为25 cm×25 cm处理的单株丛叶数、根径、主根长度、番木鳖酸含量、龙胆苦苷含量和獐牙菜苦苷含量最高.因此麻花艽在生产中最适宜的种植株行距为20 cm×20 cm~25 cm×25 cm,建议在生产中大力推广.%Field experiment was designed by randomized block design; and the effects of different planting density on the root yield, the content of loganic acid, geatiopicroside and swertiamarin were studied to obtain the theory basis and technical guidance for artificial cultivation of Gentiana straminea Maxim. The result showed that the root yield of the treatment 20 cm X 20 cm was the highest, which increased by 84.79% compared with the treatment 5 cmx 5 cm. However, the plexus leaf number, root diameter, main root length, content of loganic acid, geatiopicroside and swertiamarin was the highest when the planting density was 25 cm x 25 cm. Therefore the most suitable planting density was 20 cm x 20 cm~25 cmx25 cm; and it should be adopted widely in the production of G. Straminea Maxim.
