赤霉素、稀土对滑菇液体培养中菌丝体和多糖产量的影响

摘要

采用摇床培养方法研究了赤霉素、稀土单独施用对滑菇(Pholiota nameko)菌种液体培养中菌丝体干重及胞外多糖得率的影响.结果表明,适量的赤霉素、稀土单独施用均能促进滑菇菌丝生长,同时还能提高胞外多糖得率.滑菇最适赤霉素施用量为8 mg/L、稀土施用量为80 mg/L.%The effects of gibberellin and tombarthite application on dry weight of mycelium and polysaccharide yield of Pho-liota nameko in liguid cultivation were studied by shake cultivation. The result showed that proper concentrations of gibberellin and tombarthite promoted the growth of Pholiota nameko's mycelium while increased polysaccharide yield. The appropriate gibberellin concentration was 8 mg/L, the appropriate tombarthite concentration was 80 mg/L.
