紫花地丁水提物急性毒性试验及其抗炎镇痛作用研究

     

摘要

The models of ear edema induced by xylene and paw edema induced by fresh egg in mice were used to evaluate the anti-inflammation effect of Viola philippica water extracts with different dose (9.0,6.0,3.0 g/kg),and the models produced by injecting acetic acid and hotplate in mice were used to evaluate the antalgic effect,and the maximum tolerance dose (MTD) of mice to V.philippica water extracts was measured.The result showed that the MTD of V.philippica water extracts in mice was 480g/(kg·d).Compared with the blank control group,all dose groups could significantly inhibit the inflammatory reaction of mice ear edema induced by xylene and paw edema induced by fresh egg (P<0.05~P<0.01),and inhibit the pain produced by injecting acetic acid and hotplate (P<0.05~P<0.01).It was indicated that V.philippica water extracts had low toxicity while had obvious anti-inflammatory and analgesia effects.%采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀法和鸡蛋清致小鼠足肿胀法研究紫花地丁(Viola philippica)水提物高、中、低剂量(9.0、6.0、3.0 g/kg)抗炎作用,采用热板致痛法和醋酸致扭体反应法研究其镇痛作用,并测定紫花地丁水提物的小鼠最大耐受量(MTD).结果表明,紫花地丁水提物对小鼠灌胃给药MTD为480 g/(kg·d).与空白组比较,紫花地丁水提物各剂量组对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀及鸡蛋清致小鼠足肿胀均有显著的抑制作用(P<0.05~P<0.01),并能显著减少醋酸致小鼠扭体反应次数(P<0.05~P<0.01),显著提高热板致痛小鼠痛阈值(P<0.05).表明紫花地丁水提物毒性较低,具有较强的抗炎镇痛作用.
