卷丹百合不同发育期鳞茎中四种活性物质含量的变化

         

摘要

Taking the bulbus of Lilium.lancifolium Thunb as test materials,the contents of polysaccharides,total saponins,phenolic compounds and total alkaloid was determined during eight growth periods of plants.The results showed that,the accumulation of four bioactive substances in bulbus presented the same change rule,that is,from squaring stage to bulb harvest,the accumulation of four bioactive substances all had two top and bottom periods.The most top period is different in every bioactive substances,and the second top appeared in the period of bulb harvest.The bottom periods were the growing and flowering periods.The top are the similar to the bottom in total saponins,phenolic compounds and total alkaloid,except in polysaccharides.%以生长期的卷丹百合(Lilium.lancifolium Thunb)鳞茎为试验材料,分别在植株生长的现蕾期、绿蕾期、红蕾期Ⅰ、红蕾期Ⅱ、红蕾期、开花期、枯萎期和鳞茎收获期取样,研究多糖、总皂苷、酚类和生物碱含量的变化规律.结果表明,上述4种活性物质在鳞茎中的积累表现出相似的变化规律,即4种化学物质的含量从现蕾期至鳞茎收获期,均有两个高峰和两个低峰的积累时期;其中最大峰值呈现的时期因测定的物质不同而不同,相对较小的高峰值均出现在鳞茎收获期;低峰出现的时期为现蕾期和开花期.最大峰值与相对较小峰值比较,除多糖含量达到显著差异外,其他3种活性物质的含量差异不明显.
