基于生态文化和多元治理双重视阈中的汉水流域生态文明建设评估指标构建

摘要

Based on the connotation of ecological culture and multiple governance theory,the meaning and requirements of E-co-civilization construction were reviewed,the authority-responsibility relationships in the Eco-civilization construction of gov-ernment,enterprise,general public and scientific institutions were analyzed. Accordingly,the evaluation index system for regional Eco-civilization construction was established,in order to provide theoretical basis for the evaluation of regional Eco-civilization construction,as well as give a reference for the Eco-civilization construction.%综合生态文化的内涵与多元治理理论,梳理了区域生态文明建设的内容与要求,明确政府、企业、公众与科研机构在生态文明建设中的权责关系.据此建立了区域生态文明建设评估指标体系,以期为区域生态文明建设评估提供理论参考,为生态文明建设提供借鉴.
