成都市温江区农村集体资产经营管理问题探讨

摘要

运用问卷调查法和文献研究法,对成都市温江区农村集体资产经营管理状况进行调查和研究,发现存在资产管理模式单一、固定资产管理失常、资产增值较难、会计管理不规范、部分资产权属不清等问题,并分析其原因.最后,提出强化资金管理、健全监督机制、完善确权登记、盘活"沉淀"资源等对策.%Through methods of questionnaire investigation and literature research,The rural collective assets management in Wenjiang district was investigated and studied,it was found that there were problems such as the single model of asset man-agement,abnormal management of fixed assets,difficulty in value increment of total assets,insufficiency of accounting informa-tization management,and unclear ownership of some assets,and then the reasons were analyzed. Finally,some countermeasures were put forward,such as strengthening the fund management,improving the supervision mechanism,perfecting the registration of definite right and activating the "sedimentory" resources.
