武汉沿江旧有工业区更新规划初探

摘要

Starting with the goal of Wuhan City Planning and the need of Wuhan city抯 developping, linking with the situation of the city抯 land and city space about the waterfront district, this paper analyzes the questions concerned with the environment landscape and economy about waterfront old industrial district in Wuhan. This paper also inquirs into the power and the mechanism on the refreshing and redevelopping of these district and proposes the city refreshing planning issue of 搃ntegrated redevelopment?%文章从武汉市总体规划目标及城市发展需要出发，结合武汉市滨江地段城市用地及城市空间状况，分析沿江旧工业用地在自然环境、景观及社会经济等方面存在的问题，对武汉沿江旧有工业区更新再发展的动力与机制进行探析，并提出了“整合再发展”的更新规划设想。
