基于快速老龄化的城市养老设施的整合与优化

摘要

"未富先老"的基本国情使我们面临着快速老龄化的压力,也给建筑与规划设计师们提出了新的任务.该文在梳理城市养老模式与养老设施类型的基础上,通过对现状的调查研究,探讨了城市养老设施整合与优化的策略,以期建设高质量的城市养老设施,提高城市老年人的生活满意度.%The "growing old before people become rich" condition has mode today's people face the presure of aging population directly, in addition, which also brings new challenges to architects and planners. Based on the reorganization of the mode and rpye of urban elderly support, with the investigation and study of the present situation, integrated and optimized strategies of the urban facilities for the aged and the constuction plan of those high quality facilities were discussed in this paper. At the points mentioned above aim at promoting the old people's life satisfaction.
