养老设施建筑设计的相关问题思考

摘要

China Is the world's most populous nation and has became an old-age society. As the aged population growth, the existing old-age Institutions lags far behind the social demands. This paper discussed five aspects which based on preparing national standards for (Building code of facilities for the aged : facilities for the aged, design principles, classification, room disposition, lire evacuation and safety.%中国是世界上老年人口最多的国家,并已跨入人口老龄型社会.随着老年人口的持续增长,现有养老机构与社会需求还存在着较大差距.该文是在编制国家标准<养老设施建筑设计规范>中,对于养老设施建筑设计的设计原则、分类与分级、用房配置、防火疏散以及使用安全等五个方面,所提出的问题和思考.
