PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welfare-oriented building design support system and a welfare-oriented building design support server, for easily and automatically providing welfare-oriented renovation design information or risk evaluation from present design information and resident information. PSOLUTION: The welfare-oriented building design support system (100) has: a design information storage part (152) for storing the resident information and the design information associated thereto; a drawing information acquisition part (112) for acquiring drawing information of a building; a resident information acquisition part (114) for acquiring the resident information; and a drawing correction part (116) for extracting the design information corresponding to the resident information, and customizing the drawing information based on the extracted design information.
